The New Zealand Public Health and Disability Amendment Act 2010
The New Zealand Public Health and Disability Amendment Act 2010 received the Royal assent on 23 October this year. It amends our principal Act to support the Government's programme of change in the Health and Disability sector, and will come into force in parts over the next five months.
